Enertech Secures Facilities Management Partnership with Mitchells & Butlers

Enertech is pleased to announce its appointment by Mitchells & Butlers, one of the UK’s leading operators of pubs and restaurants, to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Services across part of its extensive property portfolio.

Under this new agreement, Enertech will manage facilities services across the Northeast Region, supporting more than 88 properties. Our team will deliver fully compliant PPM programmes aligned with asset registers and manufacturer guidelines, supported by responsive maintenance to ensure operational needs are met promptly and effectively.

Enertech will also provide specialist services tailored to each site’s specific requirements, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and minimal disruption to both customers and staff. This proactive approach reinforces Mitchells & Butlers’ continued commitment to maintaining its venues to the highest standards.
