Enertech to Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance Services for Native

Enertech is delighted to share that we have been appointed by Native to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Services across part of their prestigious portfolio.

Native is a leading real estate operator, responsible for the management of more than £3 billion of residential, commercial, and public properties across the UK – from Croydon in the South through to Edinburgh in the North.

One of the properties included within this contract is the British Waterways Building in Nottingham. This striking Grade II-listed landmark has been sympathetically transformed from its former life as a warehouse and social venue into 95 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments. Spread over eight floors, the building seamlessly combines original features with modern living, offering residents high-end, spacious accommodation.

Enertech’s role will focus on ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards. All PPM activity will be carried out in line with the property’s asset register and manufacturer recommendations, complemented by reactive support as and when required. This approach will help safeguard the building’s long-term condition while preserving the character and quality that residents value.

In addition to scheduled maintenance, Enertech will also provide specialist services tailored to the specific needs of the British Waterways Building. This proactive approach not only prevents potential issues before they arise but also ensures minimal disruption to residents, protecting both the comfort of those who live there and the reputation of the property itself.
