Following a tender process, Enertech FM were awarded the contract for a major programme of works at Fairstone Financial Management in Doxford Park, following their takeover of Nikes old office. The scope of works included stripping out all the old office layout, including all the Nike signage.

Steve Watts, Contract Manager led the project for Enertech FM and was on site for the duration of the project. We stripped the site back to the buildings bones and worked with Architect & Fairstone Financial Management to deliver their vision for the new office.

This included an open plan office for the call centre and private offices for senior management and meeting rooms. One of the innovative elements of the build was in the board room, where we put a moveable wall in so the room could host up to 30 people, or as little as 10 for a more intimate meeting.

We refurbished the washrooms, including installing IPS units, refurbishing the existing marble and put in new hand driers to reduce the need for paper towels. From a Tea Room point of view, we installed various Tea Points across the site including the installation of instant hot/cold water taps.

The final element of the refurbishment was making the bespoke reception desk using reclaimed materials as its foundation and finished in quartz (using 35% recycled material).
